ACEC Indiana – Annual Scholarship Golf Outing
  • July 7, 11 a.m.
  • Dye’s Walk Country Club, 2080 South SR 135, Greenwood
  • This outing raises funds to provide meaningful scholarships to Indiana students pursuing an engineering degree at an Indiana university or college. There are multiple sponsorship opportunities available to put your firm’s name and services in front of ACEC Indiana membership and clients. Many sponsorship opportunities are available, and sponsors must register by Thursday, June 23 to ensure signage can be ordered. The event will occur no matter what on July 7– no rain dates.
AGC of Indiana – Annual Golf Outing
  • July 11, 10:30 a.m. – 7 p.m.
  • Evansville Country Club, 3810 Stringtown Road, Evansville
  • Ready for Summer? Are your golf clubs calling your name? Mark your calendars, plan to join AGC of Indiana for their annual Golf Outing and start cherry picking your team. Sponsorships are available. Spots are limited so snag them while you can. Sponsors will be listed in all email updates, the event program, and signage at the golf outing.
IFMA Indianapolis – Road Trip to Cook Medical in Bloomington
  • July 12, 2 p.m. – 8 p.m.
  • Bus tour departing from Commercial Office Environments, 7301 Zionsville Road, Indianapolis
  • IFMA is taking a limited group of members and guests to Bloomington on a luxury mini-bus for a special tour of Cook Medical's new Profile Park facility. Cook Group purchased the former General Electric Bloomington manufacturing plant in November 2017. Since then, they have been working to adapt the plant for an expansion of Cook's nearby Park 48 global headquarters. The new Profile Park gets its name from the GE Profile refrigerators that were made there. The tour bus will depart from the Commercial Office Environments parking lot promptly at 2 p.m. After the tour, the group with make a pit stop at Upland Brewing in Bloomington for refreshments and then head back to Indy. Space is limited to 25 people for this event, so please be sure to register early.
ACEC Indiana – Qualifications-Based Selection Webinar for Emerging Professionals
  • July 14, 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.
  • Virtual via Zoom
  • Join ACEC Indiana for a free and interactive Qualifications-Based Selection Webinar for Emerging Professionals (35 and younger only). You as a designer play an important role in project development and delivery by assisting the owner through the project process. Through this webinar, ACEC Indiana hopes to equip you with a greater understanding of QBS to guide local officials in the process and recognition of potential benefits.

SMPS Indiana – Casino Night (35th Anniversary Celebration)

  • Help SMPS Indiana celebrate 35 years with fellow members at a casino night and vote on the incoming board.
ASSP Central Indiana Chapter – 10th Annual Future Safety Leaders Charity Golf Outing
  • July 29, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
  • West Chase Golf Club, 4 Hollaway Boulevard, Brownsburg
  • Join the Central Indiana American Society of Safety Professionals for the 10th Annual Future Safety Leaders Scholarship Classic on Friday, July 29 at the West-Chase Golf Club in Brownsburg. As a true nonprofit totally volunteer organization, the proceeds generated from this outing will be directed toward safety management scholarships for in state schools. By becoming a sponsor or registering to play, you are helping raise money for this worthy cause.
ACEC Indiana – Panel with Collegiate Engineering Diversity Affinity Groups
  • August 2, 2 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.
  • IndyBar HQ, 140 North Illinois Street, Indianapolis
  • Hear from affinity resource/network groups supporting diverse collegiate engineering students about their organization, what graduates look for in a hiring company, an inclusive work environment, and identify strategies for greater equity within the workplace. The moderator will be Demetrius Glover, Engaging Solutions.

  • Dr. Jacqueline M. Gatson, Assistant Vice President of Advancement for Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging, Purdue University

AIA Northern Indiana – Annual Golf Outing
  • August 8, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
  • Morris Park Country Club, 2200 McKinley Avenue, South Bend
  • Join fellow AIA members and sponsors for this year's Annual Golf Outing. The outing will once again be held at Morris Park Country Club. Registration will begin at 1 a.m. with a shotgun start at noon to be followed by an awards banquet. All proceeds will benefit AIA Northern Indiana Section efforts and select architecture scholarships. Registration closes on July 29. Sponsorships are available. Participation levels include individual and foursome. Prizes for longest drive, closet to the pin, beat the engineer, and raffle items will be awarded.
