This new 28,000-square-foot headquarters and retail branch can house 100 credit union employees and serves as a full-service branch with a teller line, drive-thru, and offices with member service representatives. Located on the corner of Wallen Road and Lima Road, the building was designed to celebrate Fort Financials’ brand in the community and become more visible to help their current and future members. The prominent northeast corner view celebrates their branch with a two-story view into their lobby, with a video screen in the retail branch’s lobby showing their commitment to being a high-tech financial institution. LED lights wrap around the exterior of the building, emphasizing the Fort Financial brand.
The building also celebrates Fort Financials’ commitment to a better world, the building incorporates solar panels, radiant in-floor heating, and electric vehicle charging stations for their members to show their commitment to improving the building efficiency. The building not only creates a great space for their members, but incorporates many new design features and amenities for their employees. A large training room, conference rooms, and employee community hub provide spaces for larger team engagement opportunities while open workspaces, private offices, and new “Zoom” rooms provide places for quiet work. Each space highlights the Fort Financial brand and mission through design with materials, colors, and environmental graphics
