As Director of Architecture, Weesner will lead the architectural design team, while also engaging existing clients and new prospects to drive new and repeat business. Providing oversight and leadership for all phases of work, coordinate efforts with other leaders, as well as meeting with clients to assess performance, future needs, long term plans and overall satisfaction of BCV’s architectural services.
