The summer of 2021 marks a unique opportunity for AEC industry professionals and businesses across Indiana to embrace the company of close friends and colleagues, network once again with fellow professionals, and stay up to date on the latest industry news and trends.

ACEC Indiana – Annual Recognition Awards Program
- June 10, 3–5 p.m.
- The Montage, 8580 Allison Pointe Boulevard, Indianapolis, 46250
- ACEC Indiana will acknowledge the Engineer of the Year and other special honor recipients. Members of the 2020-2021 Board of Directors and the Engineering Leadership Program will also be recognized as a part of this program. In addition, members of the 2021-2022 Board of Directors will be announced. The event will be hosted completely outdoors in The Montage Ceremony Gardens and will follow any/all CDC guidelines at the time of the event.
BOMA Indianapolis – Annual Trade Show
- June 17, 4–7 p.m.
- Crane Bay Event Center, 551 W Merrill, Indianapolis, 46225
- The trade show theme is ‘vacation getaway’. Food is included with over 100 prizes available to win. Excellent networking while social distancing.
AIA Fort Wayne – Sixth Annual Golf Outing
- June 23, 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Coyote Creek Golf Club, 4935 Hillegas Road, Fort Wayne, 46818
- The goal of this outing is to raise funds for the Fort Wayne section and to promote the benefits of becoming a member of AIA. Golfers will be limited to the first 27 four-player teams.
ISA – Annual Open House
- June 30, 1:30 p.m.
- Victory Field, 501 West Maryland Street, Indianapolis, 46225
- Join the Indiana Subcontractors Association for their Annual Open House, hosted by the membership committee at Victory Field. Come Hungry! A picnic will take place from 1:30 – 2:30 p.m. with the first pitch at 1:35 p.m. The goal of the ISA Open House is to attract new members to our association and welcome the 2020 and 2021 new members. If you bring a non-member to the Open House, you and the non-member attendee will receive a free ticket. In order to receive your free ticket, you must know the name and company of the non-member you will be bringing.
ACEC – Annual Scholarship Golf Outing
- July 8, 11 a.m.
- Dye’s Walk Country Club, 2080 S. SR 135, Greenwood, 46143
- This outing raises funds to provide meaningful scholarships to Indiana students pursuing an engineering degree at an Indiana university or college. There are multiple sponsorship opportunities to put your firm’s name and services in front of ACEC Indiana membership and clients.

- It’s once again time to mark your calendar and save the date for the annual AIA Indianapolis Golf Outing. Due to an historically large demand and the need to accelerate pace of the play, only the first 80 entries (20 teams) will be accepted on a first come – first serve basis.
