OTCE provides equipment sales, rentals, service, and parts to a wide range of small- and medium-sized contractors in applications covering general construction, site preparation, oil and gas development, and environmental remediation work.

Belger said the company was an outgrowth of a commercial carrier trucking business dating back to the 1960s. It began as a truck rental business providing vehicles to its sister company until 2003, when it became a Link Belt crane dealer and adopted the name Oklahoma Territory Construction Equipment. Belger said the company now sees more of its current and future business in earthmoving equipment.
